We currently ship exclusively within Germany.
2. Shipping Costs
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.00.
Shipping is free of charge for orders with a total value of €100.00 or more.
The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process before you complete your order.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
In exceptional cases of delay, we will inform you promptly by email.
4. Shipping Provider
Shipping is carried out by a reliable shipping service provider (e.g., DHL or a comparable provider).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
5. Damaged Shipments
Please check your order immediately upon receipt for completeness and any transport damage.
